NOTE; The restrictions on the time travel sound fine. We'd like to propose that doing heavy time manipulation drains his Radiant Partner, and he will be unable to transform at all for a period of time after too much usage. The concept of training/powering up is one we're definitely looking at as a whole for the game, so definitely keep it on the table!
