PERSONALITY:
Tell us about your character; their likes, dislikes, loves, hates, fears, dreams, and anything and everything in between. What makes them who they are? This should be the bulk of the app, but only as long as it needs to be in order to tell us who they are.

CANON SUMMARY:
This can be a wiki link if you’d like. We just need a summary of their canon and their place in it; for OCs, this needs to be a bit more detailed. (Though if you have a wiki, we’ll take a look!)


RADIANT AGE/APPEARANCE;
This only applies to those affected by the transfer between worlds, and thus with an adjusted form. A brief description is all we’re looking for here; we don’t need a PB (unless you want to provide one), we’ll even take a couple sentences and an image!
If your character is already a teenager, feel free to note ‘no change’.

RADIANT ABILITIES;
What abilities are given to your character as part of their transformation? Remember that all characters get a slight speed/strength/endurance increase; this is where you note anything extra, such as a manifested weapon, armor, or magic. Also remember that if your character was physically affected as part of their arrival, they may very well be able to manifest remnants of their true form!
In addition, also note that while not powered up, your character is no more special than a normal human of their age. If they’re ever going to have any powers, you need to note them here.
Please don't go crazy with this; the mods are looking for a balance of power amongst characters. While some may be stronger or weaker, there shouldn't be any that could, say, take on the rest of the cast on their own.


RADIANT PARTNER:
NAME: The name of the Radiant Partner that gives your character their magical powers. These are traditionally comprised of two words, such as ‘Redwing’, ‘Truestrike’, or ‘Moonmoon’. They may or may not be related to the powers they impart.
SHORT DESCRIPTION: Please include a form and brief personality - a sentence for each will do. Remember; they average the size of a cat or small dog, and are usually no more intelligent than a young child. This is as much for your reference as our own; you can elaborate on them if you’d like, but this shouldn’t be the bulk of your app. These magical creatures also transform in to the smartphone-like device that your character will use to communicate with other PCs.

LOG SAMPLE; We ask that this be third person, either prose or action brackets (or a similar format of your preference). You can also use threads from our TDM, so long as those threads give us a chance to get to know your writing.
